By reserving a date for your event , you accept the following terms and policies. 

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your participation in a public event, please write to info@thefono.com at least 48 hours before the start of the event, and we will issue a refund. 

To cancel a private party, please write to us at info@thefono.com at least 7 calendar days before the start of the event to receive a 50% refund of the event costs. For parties cancelled less than 7 calendar days in advance, we cannot refund the event fee, but we will thank you for your courtesy with a $100 The Fono gift card.

All information, text, images, and designs encountered on our website or during our events are property of The Fono Arts and Crafts. You may not use, copy, or duplicate any materials without written permission. 

Liability

You participate at The Fono events at your own risk. We are not  responsible and cannot be held liable for any bodily or emotional injury, loss, or harm encountered during or in connection with our events. 

Photo release

By signing up to participate in a Fono event, you give us permission to take photos of you and your artwork and use those photos as illustration on our website, social media, and promotional materials. We will never associate event photos with your name unless you give explicit permission. To opt out of having your photo taken, please write to info@thefono.com before the start of the event.

Privacy Policy

We keep your contact information on file to make signing up for our events faster next time and to keep you posted about future events. We will never, ever sell or share your information with a third party. To opt out of receiving our newsletter, please write to info@thefono.com or click "unsubscribe" at the bottom of the last newsletter email you received.
